  • To have OWN HOUSE is a dream of every individual.

    My this dream came into realisation in the year 2009, when I booked the same with you. Prior to it, I searched property on various locations. But I was not satisfied. When I visited the website of PRG Sunrise, I was delighted and found my dream home. I liked the 3 D presentation of the location and then only I booked the flat with PRG Sunrise, Sec.29, Ravet Road, Nigdi.

    The overall experience I had with Mr. Golecha and team was very nice. As I was residing near to the sight, I was visiting every Thursday (weekly off) to see the progress of the construction. It was a nice experience. Every time, Mr. Golecha visiting with us to our flat and explained the progress.

    The most important thing which I liked most is the material used is of standard type. All the plumbing work is done by Jaquor only. The tiles, electrical switches, steel, marble everything is THE BEST. The height of the cealing, width of the doors are very good, which gives sufficient ventilation and maintained proper hygenic conditions. Last but not the least, whenever I will book my second dream home, I will definately prefer Mr. Golecha only.
